I believe everyone deserves a space where they can feel safe, respected, and truly heard. That’s what I aim to create in therapy — a place where you don’t have to carry the weight of toxic relationships, past trauma, or overwhelming stress alone. My role is to listen deeply, walk beside you, and give you the tools you need to heal and move forward.
Who I Work With
I specialize in helping adults who are ready to:
- Break free from narcissistic relationships and rebuild their sense of self
- Heal from trauma and the lasting impact it has on daily life
- Navigate men’s issues, including anger, stress, and identity challenges
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling stuck in cycles that don’t serve you, I’ll provide a space to process what you’re going through and discover healthier ways forward.
My Approach to Therapy
My counseling style mainly blends two evidence-based approaches:
- Person-Centered Therapy — This means you are at the heart of our work together. I’ll meet you with empathy, respect, and authenticity so you feel supported without judgment.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) — This provides practical strategies to challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. It’s about creating tools you can actually use outside of session.
Together, these approaches create balance: a safe, supportive relationship alongside concrete steps toward lasting change.
Why I Do This Work
I became a therapist because I’ve seen how much people can transform when they finally have the right support. Many of my clients arrive feeling overwhelmed, dismissed, or unsure if change is even possible. Watching them gain confidence, set boundaries, and build healthier lives is what keeps me passionate about this work.

Outside the Therapy Room
Clients often describe me as down-to-earth and straightforward, with a touch of humor when it’s needed most. Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or intimidating — it should feel like a real conversation with someone who genuinely cares about your growth.
Outside of counseling, I enjoy video games, music, fitness, and spending time with my loved ones.
Let’s Take the Next Step
Reaching out for therapy is a courageous step, and you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re ready to start your healing journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
